Togetherall is an online mental health and wellbeing service offering self-help programs, creative outlets and a community that cares. When you're dealing with everyday stressors or major life events, they'll help you get through it.
They offer:
Anonymous peer support
24/7 moderation by clinically trained ‘Wall Guides’
The COVID-19 pandemic can significantly affect the physical and mental well- being of people living with an eating disorder. The disruptions and changes in daily routine may trigger disordered eating behaviors in some. Safety measures like social distancing and self-isolating can also have adverse effects on recovery as people lose their sources of support. We have compiled a list of resources to help those struggling with an eating disorder find alternative methods of coping, receive mental health advice, and have access to crisis and emergency helplines all in one place.
Over the years Hope's has offered a number of group support programs, providing a supportive and compassionate space for participants to discuss the struggles they were facing. Today, as we restructure our organization, we are not able to continue to offer this service. We are actively working to find sustainable funding, which will enable us to expand our support services. We look forward to reactivating this service in the very near future.
